Terms
These terms apply to your use of our website and to any reservations or services you book through it.
Reservations
Reservations are taken through Dojo. By submitting a booking you agree to Dojo's terms of service in addition to our own.
We do our best to honour every booking. In rare cases we may need to ask you to rebook — for example if the kitchen is at capacity or there's a private event we couldn't decline. We'll let you know as early as possible.
Late arrivals: we typically hold a table for 15 minutes. After that, we may release it to the kitchen's waiting list.
Pre-theatre service
Pre-theatre menus are served before the Mayflower curtain. We cannot guarantee that bookings made after 6pm will be served in time for a 7:30pm show — please factor that in when you book.
Private dining and events
Private dining enquiries are handled separately. A signed booking confirmation, a deposit and our cancellation terms apply once we've agreed your evening — these will be set out in your confirmation email.
Allergens and dietary requirements
Allergens are listed against every dish on our menu. Please let your server know about any allergies or dietary needs on arrival, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate. Our kitchen handles all 14 declared UK allergens; we cannot guarantee complete absence of any allergen.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are issued and processed by our partner GiftPro and are subject to GiftPro's terms. They are valid for 12 months from purchase, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the service you booked.
