Italian cooking is naturally flexible — tell us what you avoid and we will steer the menu toward dishes that suit you.

We host vegetarians, pescatarians, guests avoiding gluten, and diners with allergies every week. Because we make sauces, pasta, and pastries in-house, we can often adapt — but we need notice to do it safely.

Before you book

Email or call with allergies or intolerances at least 24 hours ahead for à la carte visits, and earlier for large tables or private dining. The team will confirm what we can guarantee and flag anything that shares equipment.

On the night

Remind your server when you arrive so the kitchen line stays informed. We never treat dietary requirements as an afterthought — they are part of the same service rhythm as wine and theatre times.
