Founded in 2014 by Max Romano who opened in Oxford Street for 9 years one of the first to bring in the famous Sicilian arancini now popular in many restaurants. Max built a fantastic reputation serving quality produce and of course boasting traditional Italian heritage and a great Italian chef who has remained with him for 12 years. Now located at 9 Commercial Road, opposite the popular Mayflower Theatre, Max’s Brasserie serves Sicilian & Italian food in a warm homely setting with an emphasis on personal and friendly service.
